Part 2 is a 55-minute audio recording. This is the main hypnotic relaxation protocol that guides your through all the skills you need to know. This can be downloaded to any device or streamed directly from your browser.
Part 3 consists of multiple short recordings that help you integrate the lessons from Part 2. For best results, download these recordings to your phone and use them on a daily basis.
